Caer Sidhe
The Caer Sidhe is our roving store front,
which appears at Renaissance Festivals
across the country. Both words come from
Gaelic, which is fluently spoken among
faeries. "Caer" means "fortress" or "citadel"
and "Sidhe"(pronounced shee) means "faerie".
So any time you hear a word or phrase that
ends with the word "sidhe"(like bansidhe)
you will know it is in reference to the fey
folk. And we translate "Caer Sidhe" as
"The Faerie Citadel."
